Located across from The Battery in Marietta, GA, the Spectrum is a 200+ unit modern apartment complex. The focus was on designing a modern and functional outdoor amenity space that would enhance the resident experience.

We believe that apartment living should be comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. With this in mind, we developed a range of amenities that cater to the needs of modern living. The amenities are designed to provide residents with a sense of community, promote wellness, and foster a healthy work-life balance.

Our amenities include covered outdoor dining, lounge areas, TV viewing gazebo, outdoor grill pergola and more. We understand that each apartment is unique, and our team worked closely with our clients to develop customized amenities that meet the specific needs of their residents.
